Guy Denison-Smith
Founder and Business Support Specialist
Guy Denison-Smith brings a wealth of experience to Round House Consulting, drawing from a distinguished military career and extensive leadership roles in both the public and private sectors.
Military Leadership and Training
With 26 years in the British Army as an infantry officer, Guy served in diverse operational environments including Northern Ireland, Bosnia, and Afghanistan. His leadership journey extended to roles as a leadership instructor at prestigious institutions such as the Infantry Training Centre Wales, Land Warfare Centre, and the Kuwait Staff College. He also played a pivotal role as a military adviser to the UK Ambassador to the United Nations.
Transition to Business Leadership
In 2017, Guy transitioned to the private sector as Chief of Staff for a UHNW family office in London, where he managed strategic operations until 2020. Following this, he ventured into the entrepreneurial realm, founding Blue Ice Wine UK Ltd, a venture focused on importing, distributing, and selling Croatian fine wines. Then in 2021, he co-founded Universal Recruitment and Interim Solutions before branching out with Lucinda in 2023 to establish and expand Round House Consulting.

MA in Defence Studies from Cranfield University. Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Level 3 certifications in Business Mentoring and Effective Coaching & Mentoring from the ILM.

Joint expedition leader of the Yukon 700 — a 750km canoeing journey along the Yukon River in Northwest Canada supporting wounded veterans, raising approximately £170,000 to date.

Lucinda Denison-Smith brings extensive experience as a qualified personal assistant and secretary across diverse industries, including property, fundraising, marketing, and executive search. Notably, she served as a personal assistant to the Chairman of an executive search company.
Adapting to Military Life
Lucinda's career evolved alongside her family's military commitments, leading her to specialise in virtual secretarial support. Since 2004, she has provided dedicated services to a rural development consultant focusing on renewables, including international support during postings in the US and Kuwait. Her clientele spans various sectors, from authors and medical professionals to catering companies, adapting to ad hoc projects as needed. Lucinda also serves as an exam invigilator for a local school.
